Dietary Manager

The Dietary Manager will be in charge of ensuring that 50
residents and patients are served delicious and nutritious meals each day according to state and federal regulations applicable in a nursing home environment. You will be in charge of placing orders and meeting a budget for labor hours and food and supplement costs. You will manage a team in the kitchen and will be in charge of scheduling, personnel, and creating a great environment to work. You will have the support of a leadership team within the facility. You will also be cooking on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS
- Serve Safe certification
-Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
-A track record of success in previous employment
-Strong leadership capacity
-Experience cooking for large numbers of people
-A knack for great tasting meals
-Must work very well with a team
-Very reliable
