Job
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls - Provide information about our services offered to patients - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Perform clerical duties such as filing, preparing files, communicating with patients via text message, calling patients, etc.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Clean front of office before shifts, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and cleaning bathroom, etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Computer literacy and experience with computers - Experience working in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is a plus Skills:
