Job Description Branch store parts counter/warehouse positionTake phone calls from internal & external customersProcure Cat & non-Cat parts from a variety of vendorsDo all aspects of warehouse duties such as pull parts, deliver parts, receipt inventory, shipping & receiving, rebuild all types of hoses, physical inventory, cleaning & various other warehouse functionsWork in both the Hurricane & Cedar City branches & occasionally at other branch stores as neededAssist all departments at Wheeler Machinery with their needsAssist walk in customersAll other duties assignedRequired
Qualifications:
Work safely & always use TRACK in every aspect of the job.
Participate in the near miss program.
Support management & have a positive attitudePresent a professional appearance & have great customer serviceTeam player to meet department & company goalsUnderstand & respect the urgency of our customersBasic computer knowledgeAbility to lift 75 pounds regularlySelf-starter that needs little supervisionHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred
Qualifications:
Have a good understanding of how to use DBS & also the Cat computer programs.
