As an independently owned franchise that is a locally owned small business, we are in search of an EXPERIENCED Dispatcher to grow with us! A successful Dispatcher will be an excellent communicator as this is a fast paced business and you will have multiple technicians to dispatch through out the day.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with technicians, laborers, and customers to coordinate jobs Monitor and track technicians locations Plan and optimize job routes to ensure timely and efficient arrivals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate multiple teams on job Utilize GPS technology to map routes and identify potential obstacles or delays Provide 5-star customer service to ensure satisfaction Other office tasks as needed Requirements:
Previous experience in transportation planning or dispatching preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to use various tech devices such as computers, VOIP phones, IPads, cell phones, etc.
Experience operating Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, OneDrive) Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

00 per hour Expected hours:
25 - 40 per week
