You will assist in hiring and overseeing a team of dedicated staff, coordinate logistics, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

oOversee and coordinate daily operations, including production, logistics, quality control, and customer service, to meet organizational goals and objectives.
oMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
oHire, train, lead, and motivate a team of managers, supervisors, and employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and ensure a positive work environment.
oCollaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives.
oAssist with research and market development of the business, including the creation of jobs and titles.
oAssisting and managing payroll until supervisors are hired.
oDirecting and assisting with the planning and implementation phases of each department including, budgeting, until suitable managers are hired.
oOther tasks are assigned and needed by the owner for the improvement and betterment of the company.
