We are looking for a full-time, in-person Vice President of Operations.
You will prioritize quality service and efficient resource utilization, emphasizing continuous improvement.
What you will do:
Manage your team by statistics Foster an excellent culture Conduct regular inspections and audits with your senior Provide guidance, set goals, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination and collaboration Identify operational risks and implement risk-reducing strategies to minimize disruptions Approving/disapproving divisional strategic plans and tactical plans Work closely with teams to achieve organizational goals Learn the entire production line from beginning to end Monitor company income streams Monitor company expenditures and financial transactions Monitor the management of company assets and inventory Analyzing complex business issues, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions to address them Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the performance of each Division What we prefer you to bring:
Experience running a warehouse Experience with managing a supply chain Experience with carrier relations Experience with fulfillment operations What you must bring:
A record of your ability to drive production Your ability to successfully manage a team Ability to develop and grow personnel Pay:
