We are seeking a full-time Assistant Product Line Manager for immediate hire who will assist the Product Line Manager.
Our ideal candidate has 2 to 10 years of experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing parts or production environment.
Our typical business hours are 9/80s.
Meaning, Monday - Thursday are nine (9) hour days and Fridays are eight (8) hour days with every other Friday off.
We offer flexible scheduling during the daytime hours with a thirty-minute to one-hour lunch.
As a government contractor, we require all employees to pass a pre-employment drug screening who thereafter are subject to random drug screenings while on the job.
This position requires full-time work with an average of 40 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in relevant field highly preferred, but not required RESPONSIBILITIES Assist product line manager Provide direct support to management Answer production questions Source part shortages Purchase parts Source new vendors Production schedule Follow relevant industry standards and government regulations, including cybersecurity, quality assurance, and data security protocols.
Performing functional testing of antenna system; identifying and repairing failed components Perform, record, collect and organize all data and documentation for each test performed and provide technical failure reports.
Utilize Excel by creating functions and analyzing data to ensure optimal purchase price and inventory management.
Plans processes and sets timelines and deadlines.
Follow complex drawings and build procedures and train Manufacturing Technicians on how to do so.
Create and improve existing build procedures when required.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Be prepared to assume and perform other duties as assigned, which may include collaborating on special projects or assisting with training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Working occasional evenings and/or weekends, plus overtime, may be required.
