Electrical Engineer Needed

dB Systems, Inc. is a high-tech OEM that designs and manufactures state-of-the-art antennas used for air navigation. We are in need of a full-time Electrical Engineer which will specialize in testing products, designing products, and solving problems. Our typical business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Detailed circuit analysis and calculations must account for variations due to tolerance and temperature
- Design, and PCB layout experience required
- Pulsonix software experience a plus
- Needs to have strong organizational and documentation skills (lab book use during development is desired)
- Programming experience in C, Java, Visual Basic, Excel, and HTML very helpful
- Microprocessor assembly programing experience desired
- Technical writing experience strongly desired
- I2C interface and communications over long distances
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Detailed circuit analysis and calculations must account for variations due to tolerance and temperature
- Design and PCB layout with Pulsonix software
- Organize and document
- Programming
- Microprocessor assembly programing experience desired
- Conduct failure analyses and prepare technical write-up of such
- I2C interface and communications
- Troubleshoot and repair
- Complete tasks quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
We will provide on the job training, but a degree or equivalent experience is required.

Finally, you also must be able to pass a drug test and submit to random drug testing.
COMPENSATION
This position pays $50,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience and education. In addition, after working for the company for 90 days health insurance is offered to the employee and the employee's spouse and dependents at no premium cost to the employee. Two weeks paid vacation, one week holiday pay, and tuition reimbursement is offered if certain requirements are met. After one year of employment, a retirement savings account with 3% matching is offered.
