Ruesch Reeve PLLC is currently looking for a fulltime attorney to join our growing practice in sunny Southern Utah Hurricane.
We have an immediate opening for an attorney with years of experience in civil litigation real estate business probate water andor family law and experience with working cases from the initial consultation through resolution of the case either through settlement or trial.
We currently have many cases that will allow our new attorney to begin working on day one with clients on cases.
There is plenty of work to keep our new associate busy.
We expect the following to be the main responsibilities of the new associate Meet with and retain potential clients.
Independently manage a large case load.
Analyze the probable outcome of cases.
Present and summarize cases to judges.
Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
Educate and advocate for clients.
Prepare and draft legal documents.
Negotiate settlements.
Attend hearings depositions mediations and trials.
Work closely with senior attorneys in assisting with entire case load of law firm.
Meet annual billing requirements Qualifications Member of the Utah State Bar.
Experience in family law is preferred.
Experience in civil litigation.
Must be able to handle a full caseload efficiently.
Must have excellent creative writing skills.
Must be a team player.
Must be a quick learner.
Must be selfmotivated.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be able to handle high stress.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
